Hey friend, how are you feeling today? Are you struggling with digestive upset, unstable mood, painful periods, fatigue, sense of being burnt out or you want to make a change to improve your health and vitality but you just don’t know where to start?

That was me, a busy mama, trying to balance work/family/social life, but mostly wanting to stay in bed. I know how it feels to want answers to help you feel better, but don’t know where to turn. Throw in some chronic stress of life and then we are left feeling stuck. Using the approach of Holistic Nutrition and Wellness allowed me to incorporate nutrition specific to the root cause of my health woes, as well as slowly adding in habits that nourished my nervous system, honored my menstrual cycle, and supported balance within my body systems. The result is one happy mama, who is sleeping well, eating well, and thriving in my day to day.
